  • Xakamaynta viscosity: 25,000-30,000 cP (daawaynta dusha sare ee loo baahan yahay si looga hortago qallafsanaanta).

Habka Furaha:

  • AHP waa in hore loogu sii kala firdhiyaa qaybta polyol (Qaybta A) si looga fogaado falcelinta degdega ah ee isocyanate (Qaybta B);

Isku darka Ololka Muhiimka ah:

  • Aluminium hydroxide (ATH): 30-40 phr (heerka mikron-ka caadiga ah, kharash-ku-ool ah, buuxinta-nooca ololka);
  • Ammonium polyphosphate (APP): 10-15 phr (oo lagu daray MCA oo loogu talagalay nidaamka intumescent, beddelaya wakiilada halogenated);
  • MCA.
  • Zinc borate: 5phr (xakamaynta qiiqa, samaynta dhuxusha kaaliyaha).

Waxqabadka la filayo:

  • LOI: ≥28%;
  • UL94 qiimeynta: V-1;
  • Qiimaha dhimista: ~ 30% (marka la barbar dhigo habaynta ololka sare);
  • Haysashada xoogga xajinta: ≥80% (APP waxay u baahan tahay koobab si looga hortago hydrolysis).

Habka Furaha:

  • APP waa in ay ahaataa mid yar oo kaabsulaysan (tusaale, leh melamine-formaldehyde resin) si looga fogaado nuugista qoyaanka iyo samaynta xumbo;
  • Ku dar 1-2 phr hydrophobic silica fumed (tusaale, Aerosil R202) dejinta lidka ku ah.

  • Aluminium hypophosphite (AHP): 5-8 phr (nanosized, D50 ≤1 μm);

  • Aluminium hydroxide (ATH): 15 phr (aluminium aluminium ah oo isku dhafan, dheellitirka kuleylka);
  • MCA: 3-5 phr.

Waxqabadka la filayo:

  • Kala duwanaanshaha viscosity: 10,000-15,000 cP (ku dhow nidaamyada dab-demiska dareeraha);
  • Dib u dhigista ololka: UL94 V-0 (oo lagu xoojiyay fosfooraska dareeraha ah);
  • Dhaqdhaqaaqa kulaylka: ≥0.6 W/m · K (oo ay ku biirisay alumina wareegsan).

Habka Furaha:

  • AHP iyo alumina wareegsan waa in la isku daraa oo lagu kala firdhiyaa xiirid sare (≥2000 rpm);
  • Ku dar 4-6 phr shaandho shaandho molikula ah qaybta B si aad uga hortagto nuugista qoyaanka AHP.

1. Hababka isku dhafan:
