Qaab-dhismeedka Halo-ka-hortagga Ololka ee Halogen-ka ah ee Nidaamka Dahaarka TPU iyadoo la adeegsanayo Dareeraha DMF

Nidaamyada dahaarka TPU ee isticmaalaya Dimethyl Formamide (DMF) oo ah dareeraha, isticmaalka aluminium hypophosphite (AHP) iyo zinc borate (ZB) oo ah kuwa dabka celiya waxay u baahan tahay qiimeyn nidaamsan. Hoos waxaa ku qoran qorshe falanqayn iyo hirgelin oo faahfaahsan:

  • Qodobbada Muhiimka ah ee Habka:
  • Isku qas AHP oo leh kala firdhiye iyo qayb ka mid ah DMF marka aad xiirto (≥3000 rpm, 30 daqiiqo), ka dibna ku qas dareeraha TPU.

  • Ku faafi ZB DMF kahor intaadan ku darin wax lagu shiido ul (cabirka walxaha ≤2μm) ka hor inta aadan ku qasin dareeraha TPU.
  • Kordhi wakhtiga qalajinta (tusaale ahaan, 30 daqiiqo) si looga fogaado qoyaanka haray ee saameeya dib u dhaca ololka.

III. Qiimaynta Wadajirka ah ee Nidaamka AHP + ZB

1. Saamaynta Isku-dhafka ah ee Ka-hortagga Ololka

  • Isku-dhafka Gaaska iyo Wejiga Isku-dhafan:
  • AHP waxay bixisaa fosfooraska loogu talagalay dab-shidka, halka ZB ay xasiliso lakabka dab-shidka oo ay xakameyso iftiinka dambe.
  • LOI isku dhafan: 28-30%, UL94 V-0 (1.6mm) waa la gaari karaa.
  • Xakamaynta Qiiqa:
  • ZB waxay hoos u dhigtaa qiiqa qiiqa >50% (tijaabada Kalorimeter-ka Cone).
