1. Isku qasidda iyo kala firdhinta

A. Daaweynta Kahor:

  • Qallaji aluminium hypophosphite, APP, iyo MCA heerkul ah 80°C muddo 2 saacadood ah (waxay ka hortagtaa nuugista qoyaanka).

2. Habka Daaweynta

  1. 85°C / 2 saac (bilaabid gaabis ah, waxay yareysaa xumbo)
  2. 120°C / 2 saacadood (waxay hubisaa falcelinta anhydride oo dhammaystiran)
  3. 150°C / 1 saac (waxay kordhisaa cufnaanta isku xidhka, Tg >125°C)

3. Qoraallada Muhiimka ah

  • Xakamaynta gariirka: Haddii gariirku aad u sarreeyo, ku dar 5% saliid epoxy ah oo falcelin leh (tusaale ahaan, AGE).
  • Daawaynta dib u dhacday: Isticmaal methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride (MeHHPA) ama ku dar 0.2% 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole (wuxuu yareeyaa falcelinta heerkulka qolka).

III. Xaqiijinta iyo Hagaajinta Waxqabadka
