II. Tillaabooyinka Habaynta Muhiimka ah

1. Isku-dhafka iyo kala-firdhinta

A. Daawaynta ka hor:

  • Qallalan aluminium hypophosphite, APP, iyo MCA at 80°C ilaa 2 saacadood (waxay ka hortagtaa nuugista qoyaanka).
  • Ku dawee buuxinayaasha aan noolaha lahayn (aluminium hydroxide, zinc borate) oo leh wakiilka isku xidhka silane (tusaale, KH-550).

B. Isku dhafka isku dhafka:

  1. Resin Epoxy + Dib u celiyaasha ololka (60°C, walaaq ilaa 1 saac)
  2. Ku dar wakiilka daawoyinka anhydride (ku ilaali heerkulka <80°C)
  3. Faakuum ka saarista (-0.095 MPa, 30 daqiiqo)

2. Habka Daawaynta

Talaabada Daawaynta (Waxay dheelitirtaa xasiloonida holac iyo Tg sare):

  1. 85°C/2saac (bilawga tartiib tartiib ah, waxay yaraynaysaa xumbo)
  2. 120°C/2saac (waxay hubisaa falcelinta anhydride oo dhamaystiran)
  3. 150°C/1saac (waxay kordhisaa cufnaanta isku xidhka, Tg>125°C)

3. Qoraallada Muhiimka ah

  • Xakamaynta viscosity: Haddii viscosity-ku aad u sarreeyo, ku dar 5% dareere epoxy fal-celin ah (tusaale, AGE).
  • Daawaynta daahday: Isticmaal methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride (MeHHPA) ama ku dar 0.2% 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole (waxay hoos u dhigtaa falcelinta heerkulka qolka).

III. Xaqiijinta & Hagaajinta Waxqabadka

1. Dib u Dhigista Ololka:

  • Tijaabada UL94 V0 ( dhumucdiisuna tahay 1.6mm): Hubi wakhtiga gubashada <10 sekan, ma jiro wax dhibicyo ah.
  • Haddii ay ku guuldareysato: Kordhi aluminium hypophosphite (+3%) ama APP (+2%).

2. Waxqabadka kulaylka:

  • Tijaabada DSC ee Tg: Haddii Tg <125°C, yarayso aluminium hydroxide (hoos u dhiga Tg sababtoo ah saamaynta endothermic).

3. Guryaha Makaanikada:

  • Haddii xoogga dabacsanaantu hoos u dhaco, ku dar 1-2% nano-silica xoojinta.

IV. Arrimaha & Xalka suurtagalka ah

Arrimaha Dib u Dhigista Ololka & Shaxda Xalka

V. Qaabka Beddelka ah (Haddii loo baahdo)

  • 8% DOPO-HQ + 10% aluminium hypophosphite waxay yaraynaysaa wadarta guud ee culeyska (~ 18%) iyadoo la ilaalinayo waxqabadka.
